TAKE A SEAT AT THE TABLE - STARTING IN AUTUMN 2026
It worked for them, but will it work for me?
A four-month mastermind for driven and caring leaders who want to replace noise and information overload with more space to arrive at their own conclusion, apply the knowledge they already have and start navigating their career or business in a way that serves them - instead of frantically implementing yet another solution just because it worked for someone else.
Raise your hand if that's you:
For years, you’ve been playing by the book in your career or business.
You listened to your slightly more senior colleagues or mentors who told you their guaranteed rinse-and-repeat recipe for success.
How to organise your day, how to talk to clients, when and what to share.
Maybe you've had some success. Maybe not. Either way, the satisfaction has been missing.
In practice, it might have looked like:
You may have started networking like crazy, filling out your calendar with coffee dates with people with whom you knew a few sentences in that you don’t want to voluntarily spend any extra time, since they used the word ‘resource’ a couple of times in relation to fellow human beings and sprinkled a couple of military metaphors when discussing project management.
You may have sat there, quiet, nodding and dissociated, internally summoning your manifestation powers, hoping for an email or phone call to excuse leaving this place for some work emergency, thinking, am I doing this wrong? Am I not cut out for this, too sensitive, naive, idealistic…? Is there a better way to operate within these structures? (Spoiler alert - THERE IS, there * are * plenty of ways, actually)
Maybe you started a business based around your expertise and hired a coach to complement your skills with their sales and marketing acumen.
Even though you were hesitant to pay four figures for a course, you knew you would make that money back and then some, because you're committed, hard-working and an A+ student all your life. And then you came to that Zoom call with an open mind and a fresh new notebook, only to be presented with a list of hooks you needed to use on your social media platform of choice.
None of them sounds like you, and frankly you already read them in a hundred various configurations on both LinkedIn and Instagram and you’d rather just … don’t.
But hey, they have a roster of clients, and you don’t, so you obediently follow the script, again wondering if it really is a so called 'personal brand' if you follow someone else's templates to a T?
It’s noisy. For as long as I can remember, we have been surrounded by everyone else's opinions on how to live and work, but now the noise has intensified.
The platforms we used in our early 20s to publish photos from an open-air music festival have become powerful business machines, where everyone has an opinion and a framework for recreating their success. Add to that an accelerating pace of life and tech, and BOOM - how can you not be confused as to what serves you?
... and all that noise, pressure and accelerated pace makes it difficult to
❇ notice something is not working for you and, instead of making it mean something bad about you, get curious instead to ask yourself: why do I feel resistance to it?
❇ build enough trust in yourself that while you respect and acknowledge other people’s knowledge and expertise, you decide not to take their advice, because you know yourself well enough that this solution simply won’t be good for you.
❇ experiment! Aaliyah sang it best - you dust yourself off and try again, try again - and what I, as a consultant who spent a good chunk of my career facilitating project & team retrospectives, will add to that → you take enough space to reflect after each experiment - what worked? What didn’t? What learnings am I taking away from this experience, and how do I apply them?
❇ have enough stamina and capacity to experience the discomfort of being in that in-between space, where you started navigating your work/business your way, and the external confirmation, results or recognition hasn’t arrived yet. And to keep going, navigating that emotional rollercoaster with your feet firmly on the ground.
Deep inside, you know that what you need is not another template to reuse, but to take a step back and make space both to pause and integrate your learnings, and from there apply the knowledge you already have to experiment with ways of navigating your career that support you - your unique life situation, values and goals.
Whether you're building a portfolio career, starting a business, navigating new levels of responsibility or making a pivot - it's hard. But it gets easier and more fun when you are surrounded by people going through similar challenges.
I know this; I've been there. Hence this mastermind.
In the four months together, you will:
Share an intentional space to reflect - so that you don’t make decisions purely under the weight of pressure, pace, and other people’s expectations, but rather notice what you truly think, feel, and see.
Start reconnecting with your intuition. How does a yes feel? How does a no feel? How do you apply these findings in your everyday decision-making?
Have kind people in your corner, supporting you, cheering you up and keeping you accountable. At this virtual table, we don't perform intelligence, certainty or pretend to have answers to all the questions
Personal support from someone (me!) with solid systems & process knowledge to help you put a proper plan into action; and an X-ray vision to see where you’re stopping yourself.

... and you'll leave this mastermind with more clarity and at least one chosen direction that you've tested in practice:
Depending on what topic you bring to the mastermind, it may mean:
I'll bring both my strategy & process improvement expertise and facilitator attentiveness (and a Projector's X-ray vision, if you're into HD) to help you audit where your energy leaks are - where you lose your energy by recreating someone else's strategies or functioning on autopilot without double-checking whether this way of working actually serves you - and how to move with more precision instead.
When a new idea comes up, you can instantly assess whether it supports your current goal or pulls you away from what you’ve already started. You've built a healthier balance between consulting other people and trusting yourself.
retiring an offer that has been draining your energy for months and barely selling,
cutting your communication channels down from three to one, and setting better communication standards
deciding how you use your tech stack like AI so that it fits your needs and values, not just reacting to the hype
what projects and initiatives you prioritise, and which to postpone.
You'll see what brought results, what needs fine-tuning, and what you don't want to repeat.
On Monday morning, you open your calendar, and you know:
what you’re working on and exactly why,
what needs to be finished by the end of the week,
who you can consult your decisions with,
what you are consciously putting on hold.

This round starts in autumn. I intentionally want to keep this group small and intimate, aiming for a maximum of 5 people, so that each one of you receives enough attention and space for your questions and inquiries.
After you sign up, I will invite you to a short (non-binding) call so that we get to know each other better and see if we're a good fit at this time!
Hi! I'm Agata - a Polish-born, Berlin-based consultant, strategist and writer.
I’ve spent a good chunk of my career acting as a thought partner and advisor to leaders & senior executives navigating transitions in innovative, mid-sized companies, who, like me, removed the phrase 'it's always been done this way...' from their vocabulary; co-designing and improving their systems, processes and ways of working so their teams can collaborate smoothly and spend less time on unnecessary admin.
When I'm not in front of my screen, bringing more human-centred design to the tech & online space, I'm resting by the lake with a good book in my hand (The Correspondent by Virginia Evans is my latest recommendation - it really is as good as everyone says!).
If this mastermind is not the right time for you right now, but you want to stay connected to my world, here are some options for you:
I write longer articles on reimagining better spaces & cultural commentary on my Substack - here's one of my favourite posts. This one too!
You can also listen to my podcast - the culture of unrushing - this episode is one of my favourites.
See you on the Internet!
